OnePlus will introduce a new pair of earbuds on 14th October 2020. The company declared that the earbuds are IP55-rated for dust and resistant to water. The expected true wireless stereo earphones will be presented alongside the OnePlus 8T on 14th October as well. They are likely to be the inexpensive variant of the company’s Buds, which were presented in the Indian market about a few months ago. There has also been a teaser that had revealed about the forthcoming earbuds to have silicon ear tips.
As tweeted by the company, the news of the impending launch was given through Twitter. It was attended by a tweet that said that whatever the weather might be, users will not miss a beat with the latest IP55-rated buds.

OnePlus also teased about the upcoming audio product. The news was proclaimed as the company shared a picture of a silicone earbud a while ago. Although the image didn’t reveal that much fortunately it was accompanied by the text.
OnePlus had presented earphones called Bullets Wireless Z. They are the cheaper variant of the Bullets Wireless 2 earphones.
The Buds Z was first mentioned in the update of OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 1. It was released for the OnePlus 8 and Pro. This has hinted towards the launch of the new earphones.
It will be streamed online from evening 7:30 pm as per Indian Standard Time on the official website of OnePlus India.
