Lenovo Aces the Tablet Game in India

Lenovo, a global technology player and one of the world’s leading PC and Tablet brands, beats the competition to become the No. 1 player in India Tablet market. According to research firm IDC, the company leads the tablets category with 21.8% share beating Samsung and Datawind.
Lenovo gained the top spot in the tablets category with a Q-o-Q growth of 12.6 %. Significant wins from government, education & large enterprises helped company’s commercial tablets business gain strong traction in this quarter. Additionally, Lenovo tablets have seen a significance increase in traction across e-commerce platforms. Lenovo Yoga Series & A-series Tablets propelled Lenovo’s industry beating growth. Over the last couple of quarters, Lenovo has recorded stable growth in the tablets market in India.
