Ganesh Selvaraj, Consumer Channel Head, Lenovo India said, “We see Punjab as a booming market with a great potential. This is our first channel meet in Punjab, this year. We take this opportunity to bring our partners together to exchange valuable feedback and empower them so that we can grow together and achieve success as one team. Well-equipped service centers
Lenovo aims to provide its customers with a highly differentiated and interactive experience through its service centers located in Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bhatinda and Amritsar. The well-equipped centers have competent and Lenovo-certified staff to address queries related to Lenovo desktops, notebooks and tablets.
Lenovo has been working closely and strategically with partners over the last two quarters; resulting in landmark success in this region. Lenovo plans to open flagship stores with live demo facilities, providing a rich brand experience for the tech-savvy shoppers in Punjab. These factors should increase the footprint in exclusive format stores by 50%.
