Lenovo is reportedly working on its next Vibe serie Lenovosmartphone called the Vibe P2. According to a report by GSM Arena, the Vibe P2 was recently showcased at a tradeshow in China.

The smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display topped with 2.5D curved glass. The device is expected to sport a fingerprint scanner and will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery. As far as the hardware specifications go, the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 625 SoC with 4GB RAM and will run Android Marshmallow.

The company recently launched its Vibe A smartphone in Russia. Being the first in the company’s ‘A series’, the Lenovo Vibe A is a dual-SIM handset that features a 4-inch WVGA display with 480×800 pixels. Under-the-hood, the smartphone packs a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor, clubbed with 512MB RAM. It also houses a low 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot.

The Android 5.1 Lollipop-based Vibe A sports 5MP rear camera alongside a 0.3MP front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the budget smartphone supports 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and micro-USB connectivity.

Meanwhile, Lenovo is all set to launch its K5 Note in India on August 1. Lenovo K5 Note was launched in China in January at a price of $167, which roughly translates to Rs 11,189. Going by the specifications of the device, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Lenovo pricing the K5 Note aggressively at under Rs 12,000.
