Letv Launches Its First Curved-Screen 65-inch Split TV
Letv has launched its first curved-screen split TVs, the Super 4 Max65 Curved and the Super 4 Max70 in Beijing on 22 December, 2015. The new Le Super TV has a powerful combination of Adreno 430 GPU with 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB Flash, Novatek72324 motion processing chip and 60-frame H.265 4K hardware acceleration. It also has an independent wireless subwoofer and the Harmon Kardon audio system guaranteeing 5.1 surround sound offering great sound effects akin to home theaters.
The Super4 Max7 is a smart TV carrying the 10th generation 70-inch 4K panel by Sharp. This also makes use of Corning’s IrisTM Glass LGP . The two new offerings by Letv are going to emphasise the company’s philosophy of “groundbreaking technology, complete ecosystem and disruptive pricing” leading the industry to the high-end big-screen TV market.
The company has made a sale of nearly 3 million units Super TVs in 2015 and is targeting a further sale of 6 million units in 2016. Letv has just bought 20% share of TCL Multimedia to boost its innovative business model that is based on the open close-loop ecosystem.
The Super4 Max65 Curved Engineering Commemorative Edition is available for $1080.24 and Super4 Max70 at$2006.29 and $2314.98 respectively for its 2D and 3D versions.
The Super4 Max 70 will be open for sale on 29 December on Lemall.com while the sales of Super4 Max65 Curved Engineering Commemorative Edition will take off on 19 January 2016.
Letv had earlier made an announcement that it is going to enter the Indian market next month and launch its Le Superphones first followed by Super TVs. The company has plans of bringing the complete ecosystem to India. Letv is organising a preview event on 5 January in New Delhi.
