LG Announces The First Android Wear Smartwatch With LTE

LG has recently unveiled LG Watch Urbane 2nd edition. With the connectivity of 4G, 3G, WiFi, and Bluetooth, the new series of LG Watch Urbane happen to be the first Android Wear smartwatch with cellular support.

The new dust and water resistant Urbane watch sports a 3.50cm (1.38-inch) full circle P-OLED display with a resolution of 480x 480 pixels and pixel density of 328ppi. Powered by a 1.2 GHz SnapdragonTM 400 chipset, the watch runs on the f Android WearTM (cell-connected version) coupled with 768MB LPDDR3 RAM. With an improved 570mAh battery, it comes with 4GB memory.

It has controller buttons on the right for quick access to settings and other functions. It comes with useful fitness-related features like heart rate tracking, workout tips as well as stress level monitoring.

The much-anticipated device is expected to be available in the USA and Korea followed by other markets sporting Space Black, Opal Blue, Luxe White and Signature Brown colours.
