While LG has scheduled an event to launch the flagship G3 on May 27, the device still continues to appear in alleged leaked images.

The latest alleged image of the LG G3 was leaked by famous tipster @evleaks on Saturday. The image is similar to the earlier leaked images showcasing the rear button interface and the large display. Notably the top of the pictured smartphone shows what looks to be like a stylus a noise cancellation mic, and a visible screw to open the device.

The front of the LG G3 in all the alleged images so far is seen to have thin bezels around the earlier confirmed QHD 1440×2560 pixels resolution display (rumoured to be 5.5-inch). Also the back of the device shows a round power key (the LG G2’s power key was rectangular) in between the volume buttons, with the whole set below the camera, dual-LED flash and what appears to be an IR blaster.

The LG G3 is rumoured to come in two variants; one with 16GB of inbuilt storage and 2GB of RAM, and the second with 32GB inbuilt storage and 3GB of RAM. Both variants of the LG G3 will reportedly support storage expandability with microSD card support.

The LG G3 is also said to feature a 13-megapixel rear camera with a new type of Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS+), and reportedly is backed by a 3000mAh battery.

LG had already sent out invitations for an event scheduled to take place in three cities on May 27 – London, New York, and San Francisco; followed by a May 28 launch event in Singapore, Istanbul, and Seoul.
