Since LG Wine Smart has been developed with Korea-specific features, there are very less possibilities for the firm to introduce the smartphone outside their home country.
ITVoice News: For the first time in last seven years, LG has introduced a fresh flip phone, Wine Smart. The smartphone is particularly targeted at the elder user and is being endorsed as a mid-tier offering for the Korean market.
LG Wine Smart has been developed with Korea-specific features, keeping that in mind, there are very few chances for the company to introduce the smartphone outside the home country. The smartphone supports a very beneficial feature of “Safe Keeper“, which allows the smartphone to send location and other information to the people assigned by the user if it remains unused for a longer duration.
It sports 8.9-cms (3.5-inch) IPS touch screen with a resolution of 320×480 (HVGA) pixels and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor (unspecified chipset), supporting 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage space which is expandable using a microSD card.
The flip smartphone features, 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 0.3-MG front shooter and has 1700mAh removable battery. On connectivity front, Wine Smart supports TE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB and FM radio. Samsung has also released several flip phone options, including SM-G9098, W789, W2014 and the Galaxy Golden.
