LG Velvet Dual Screen smartphone is set for pre-order on Flipkart in the country. The smartphone was introduced in India the previous week, but it did not go on sale starting from 30th October as desired. Though, the smartphone is now ready for pre-order on Flipkart, with its site listing its uncertain roll-out date as 12th November. The LG Velvet India model is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and arrives both as a single screen smartphone and a dual-screen combination, in which an additional undistinguishable display is shipped along with it.
The shopping website has listed the LG Velvet Dual Screen on its platform for pre-order. The listing has given some hints regarding the roll-out of the smartphone is on 12th November. The latest smartphone with a single screen has a beginning price of INR 36,990, while the LG Velvet Dual Screen costs INR 49,990. Just the latter is listed on Flipkart, while the LG Velvet comes without the additional screen and it is yet not accessible to buy online. The Velvet Dual Screen combo arrives in 2 color options – Aurora Silver and New Black.

The shopping app has listed a prompt discount of INR 5,000 with American Express cards, 10% off that is up to INR 1,500 on Federal Bank debit cards, and INR 5,000 instant discount on Ratnakar Bank credit and debit cards.

The LG Velvet can run on Android 10 and it has a full-HD+ Cinema FullVision POLED display with a pixel resolution of 1,080 x 2.460 of 6.8-inch. The Dual Screen is shipped with a 2nd alike 6.8-inch screen. The Indian model is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC instead of Snapdragon 765G SoC is found on an international variant. The smartphone houses a RAM of 6GB and internal storage of 128GB. There is an option to expand storage using a microSD card which is up to 2TB.
At the back, the LG Velvet has a triple-camera setup that sports a primary sensor of 48mp, an extra secondary sensor of 8mp, and a depth sensor of 5mp. At the front, the smartphone further has a camera sensor of 16mp for selfies and video chats.
There is a battery life of 4,300mAh on board with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ support. There are several connectivity options included, these are LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and USB Type-C port. The smartphone has an under-screen fingerprint sensor, also it is IP68 rated and MIL-STD-810G certified.
