Mumbai, 10th June, 2013: The much-awaited MCT India Summit 2013 kicked off on Wednesday, the 5th of June and concluded on the 7th of June. As all other MCT Summits, MCT India Summit 2013 is a premier conference for MCTs by MCTs. MCT India Summit 2013 endeavoured to help MCTs in India scale-up on their effectiveness as a Trainer through a ‘stimulating environment of innovation and collaboration’ and work on a personal action plan for enhancing their technical and presentational skills. MCT India Summit 2013 comprised three days of content-rich training for MCTs on Microsoft’s latest suite of offerings and focussed on how to stay ahead with Microsoft Technologies. The speakers for the event were noted experts from the industry- Chaitanya Sharma, Priti Belnekar, Chirag Panchal, Lata Bhambwani and Arunkumar Mandhata, who spoke on their respective areas of expertise and skill-sets.

Speaker: Chaitanya Sharma
Chaitanya is a self-motivated Microsoft Certified Trainer, always in pursuit of excellence in every activity he is involved in. He is MCP, MCTS, and MCPD. He has passion for training and has conducted various corporate trainings on SQL Server.
The “Self-motivated” spirit makes him strive for improvement in every sphere of activity. He has a varied spectrum of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Trainer. His extensive varied experience in the IT industry, right from the grass root level as an executive to managing operations of the firm, has given him the required exposure to all the different facets of the IT industry. This exposure and experience has helped in maturing the natural director in Chaitanya.
Speaker: Priti Belnekar
Priti is an Innovative, Seasoned Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with over 16 years of IT experience in India as well as International market. She is MCP, MTA, MCTS, MCSA, MCSE.
Since September 2012, she has been appointed as a MCT Regional Lead by Microsoft for India Region. She has worked as a Developer, Team Lead, Consultant, and Technical Evangelist in Database and SharePoint Community ranging from Database Administration, Performance Tuning, Optimization, Business Intelligence, Analysis Services, Integration Services, Reporting Services, SharePoint Development, SharePoint Administration and SharePoint Business Intelligence. She is analytical; result oriented and has an exposure to variety of technologies. She is a high energy Professional with a successful track record. She works efficiently and self-reliant. She is an enthusiastic team player and strives to contribute best practice, standards compliant approaches wherever possible.
She is a speaker for various technical events like CMDA and Microsoft Techdays conducted for clients like Accenture, TCS, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. She was invited to attend the TTT (Trainer-The-Trainer) Program for SQL Server 2012 in Singapore by Microsoft.
Speaker: Chirag Panchal
Chirag Panchal is a MCT Regional Lead of India having total 7 years of IT Training Experience on Microsoft Technologies. He is an MCP, MCTS, MCPD and an MCT. He has conducted Many Corporate Trainings on C++, .NET, SQL SERVER.
He is currently the Owner of CMP InfoTech where IT Trainings are conducted for College Students. He has also been a Speaker at Sqlservergeeks.com, Microsoft Virtual Techdays and in Mumbai IT. He is also a Regional Co-ordinator of sqlservergeeks.com and has conducted many Seminar and Workshops on Microsoft Technologies.

Lata L. Bhambwani graduated from Mumbai University in the year 1993. Currently she is a Freelance Corporate trainer. She has been into training for 15 years. She has trained on a variety of technologies as per the industry demands. She started with Business Intelligence with SQL Server 2000. She is an MCT in Web Development. She is an MCTS in SQL Server 2008, Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance. She has also accomplished MCTS in in Web Applications Development with .Net Framework 4.0. She has conducted numerous trainings on SQL server from Basics to Advanced level. As a trainer she likes to present her topics in a simplified manner.

Arun is the co-founder and Technical Director of DOWARE IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. He is a Masters of Computer Application from University Institute of Technology Barkatullah University (Formally Bhopal University) Bhopal , MP, India.
Being in the IT world since 2001, Arun began his career as an IT Trainer and served his services as a Microsoft Certified Trainer to worldwide clients. Arun is Microsoft Certified since 2008 and since last three years, he is a Microsoft certified Trainer.
