Meizu expanded its product portfolio with the launch of m3. The company has priced the 2GB RAM variant at $92 and the $122 for the 3GB RAM version. The handset will be available in Gold, White, Grey, Blue and Pink colour options and will go on sale from April 29 in China.
On the specifications front, the Meizu m3 features a 5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. The smartphone runs on YunOS and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor. It offers 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD card.
The Meizu m3 flaunts a 13MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash and a 5MP front facing snapper for selfies. The device comes with hybrid dual sim functionality and houses a 2,870 mAh battery. The connectivity options of the smartphone include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
Recently, the Chinese company launched the Meizu Pro 6 smartphone with 4GB RAM and 3D Press feature. The handset comes with a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. The display is made scratch resistant with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Powering the device is a deca-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It offers 32GB/64GB of internal storage.
