Micromax has launched yet another smartphone with large display. The Canvas Doodle A111, featuring a stylus, takes on the likes of Celkon A119Q Signature HD and Spice Stellar Pinnacle Pro quad-core phablets.
Micromax has expanded its Canvas portfolio with the new Canvas DOODLE A111, which is available via Snapdeal for Rs. 12,999.
The Micromax Canvas DOODLE A111 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) phone and features a 5.3-inch full touch capacitive touchscreen with 854 x 480 pixels resolution. It runs Android 4.1.2 straight out-of-the-box and is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm 8225Q processor (unspecified clock speed).
The smartphone has an 8MP rear and 0.3MP front cameras. It has 512MB of RAM, 1.22GB built-in storage and 32GB external storage capacity via microSD card slot. For connectivity, the smartphone supports Bluetooth, 3G, EDGE, GPRS, GPS and Wi-Fi.
There’s a 2,100 mAh battery, which is rated to deliver 6.5 hours of talktime and 220 hours standby time. Taking clue from the Galaxy Note, the Canvas Doodle A111 comes with a stylus.
Micromax has so far launched the Canvas 2 A110, Canvas HD A116 and Canvas A115 3D smartphones with large displays. The latest Canvas Doodle A111 will take on the likes of the Celkon A119Q Signature HD, WickedLeak Wammy Passion Y, Karbonn Titanium S2, Spice Stellar Pinnacle Pro and various other quad-core phablets in the market.
