Micromax has recently listed a new smartphone in its Bolt-series. Dubbed as the Bolt Q338, the phone has been quietly listed in its official website. Although the pricing and availability details are still under the wraps, the phone is expected to be available by the end of this month.
If we talk about the specifications, Micromax Bolt Q338 sports a 12.7cm (5-inch) IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. Powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6580) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, the phone comes with 8GB of in-built storage with expandability to 32GB more via microSD card. Packed with a 2000mAh battery, the device claims to deliver up to 7.5 hours talk time, and 360 hours of standby time.
The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It features a robust 8MP rear camera with 5MP front-facing camera for capturing selfies. With the connectivity of 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack, it comes with proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope. Also, it has some interesting preloaded applications such as Chaatz, CleanMaster, Newshunt, SwiftKey, Snapdeal, Saavn, Quikr, Hike and Hotstar apps.
