Microsoft fuels transformation of business processes with cloud-powered Dynamic 365 and AppSource

The first steps in this direction with the introduction of new, enterprise-ready intelligent business apps -Dynamics 365 and AppSource, to enhance the business processes and productivity of customers.

Dynamics 365 combines Microsoft CRM and ERP cloud solutions into one cloud service with new purpose-built apps to help manage specific business functions.

• These include: Financials, Field Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Project Service Automation and Customer Service.

• Dynamics 365 apps are designed for easy and independent deployment. It includes built-in insights, predictive intelligence and workflow optimization, delivered through simple, easy-to-use, mobile experiences with offline capabilities.

• Dynamics 365 is integrated with Office 365 to simplify data management and help in leveraging business apps to improve collaboration and productivity.

• Power BI and Cortana Intelligence are natively embedded to provide predictive insights, and propose actionable steps.

AppSource, is a new destination for business users, which has been launched with more than 200 business SaaS apps, add-ins and content packs, including exclusive new industry-specific business apps. These apps are developed by Microsoft and its partners.
