Even as Microsoft’s open and flexible cloud platform Azure is showing an inspiring gain, last week’s meeting of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners in Mumbai focused on taking the Azure benefits to partners.
Aptly named, ‘Partner Opportunities with Microsoft Azure’, the meeting underlined the need for partners to recognize the benefits of Azure.
Suresh Ramani, president, IAMCP India West , outlined the areas where the IAMCP will focus and also promised that there will be close interaction of IAMCP with Microsoft.
The partners were explained various opportunities of selling Azure. Later, Sunaina also explained how to pitch Azure and the Microsoft Story. Namrata Kohli from Microsoft explained the intricacies of Azure.
Ebrahim Nalwala, CEO, IOTAP , was also present. The overall feedback from the partners was that the session helped them in understanding the revenue opportunity in selling Azure.
