Motorola has introduced two new sets of true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds in India: Moto Buds and Moto Buds+. These earbuds boast features like active noise cancellation (ANC), a triple mic system, and a water-repellent design. Additionally, they bear the branding “Sound by Bose” and have been certified by Bose. Both models will be available for purchase on Flipkart.
The Moto Buds are priced at Rs 4,999 and come in Coral Peach, Glacier Blue, and Starlight Blue color options. Customers using ICICI Bank credit cards can avail an instant discount of Rs 1,000. On the other hand, the Moto Buds+ are priced at Rs 9,999 and are offered in Beach Sand and Forest Grey color variants. Buyers can enjoy a Rs 2,000 instant discount on ICICI Bank credit cards.
Both the Moto Buds and Moto Buds+ will be up for sale on Flipkart starting from 12 pm on May 15. The Moto Buds feature a single 12.4 mm dynamic driver, while the Moto Buds+ are equipped with 11mm dual dynamic drivers and a 6mm tweeter. The Moto Buds offer up to 50dB ANC support, whereas the Moto Buds+ provide up to 46dB ANC. Both earbuds offer three noise cancellation modes: Transparency, Adaptive, and Noise Cancellation.
Carrying the “Sound by Bose” branding and supporting Dolby Atmos, these earbuds deliver an immersive audio experience. The Moto Buds+ also feature the Dolby Head Tracking feature, adjusting the audio based on head movements. Furthermore, both models come with triple built-in microphones featuring environmental noise cancellation (ENC) to enhance call quality.
Regarding battery life, the Moto Buds offer up to 42 hours, while the Moto Buds+ provide up to 38 hours. With ANC turned off, the Moto Buds offer 9 hours of battery life, while the Moto Buds+ offer 8 hours of playtime. Motorola claims that just 10 minutes of charging can provide 2 hours of battery life for both models.
