Moto E4 smartphone to launch in India soon: Report
It seems that Lenovo-owned Motorola is set to launch its Moto E4 budget smartphone in India. Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom has tweeted that the smartphone will soon launch in India at a price of Rs 8,700. Moto E4 was launched in the US last month. Priced at $129.99, the smartphone has a 5-inch HD display of 720×1280 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, paired with 2GB of RAM. There’s 16GB of internal storage with support for microSD cards. The dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 7.1 Nougat operating system and comes with water-repellent coating. It’s also equipped with a fingerprint sensor and includes a 2,800mAh battery with rapid charging support. For imaging duties, Moto E4 has an 8MP rear camera (with LED flash) and a 5MP selfie shooter. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC. Motorola recently launched its budget smartphone the Moto C Plus in India. Priced at Rs 6,999, the smartphone is exclusively available on Flipkart. Moto C Plus is almost identical to the Moto C in appearance, but comes with slightly-better specifications. Its key highlight is the 4,000mAh battery and the smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the box. Moto C Plus has a 5-inch HD display of 720×1280 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek processor, paired with 2GB of RAM. There’s also 16GB of internal storage, with support for microSD cards of up to 32GB in size. For imaging duties, Moto C Plus has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture, which can record HD videos. It offers 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
