Moto X4 goes on sale in India: Here are the online offers and discounts
Motorola has launched a new mid-range smartphone in the Indian market — Moto X4. THe smartphone comes to India a little after two months it was unveiled at IFA 2017 in September. The smartphone comes in two variants based on different RAM versions and fall in the ‘mid-range’ segment, which is already populated with other Motorola smartphones.
The handset has gone on sales in India today via Moto Hub and exclusively on Flipkart (online). While the 3GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 20,999, the 4GB RAM version costs Rs 22,999. Users buying the smartphone from Flipkart can avail some offers and discounts. Here’s a look:
Offer 1: Moto X4 will be available in exchange offers. Users can get discount of up to Rs 25,000 on the exchange of their old smartphones.
Offer 2: There is an upgrade offer as well. Here, customers can get up to Rs 3,000 off on the Moto X4 over the exchange value if the handset being exchanged is from Motorola as well. Offer 3: Furthermore, there is an option to get 10% instant discount on HDFC credit and debit cards on the purchase of the smartphone.Other offers: Some of the other offers include EMI paying options starting from Rs 1,019 per month, up to 340GB data on Airtel for limited time and guaranteed 50% buyback by paying slightly more.
Moto X4’s specifications
The smartphone sports 5.2-inch full HD display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution and a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor with Adreno 508 GPU. The processor is clubbed with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 2TB by inserting a microSD card.
The USP of the smartphone is its dual rear camera setup. The device includes 12MP dual autofocus pixel sensor + 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor with 120-degree field of view. The 12MP camera comes with f/2.0 aperture, while the 8MP sensor has f/2.2 aperture. At the time of the launch, the company claimed that the smartphone can click images with depth detection and depth effects. It is also capable of recording slow-motion videos, shoot in Panorama, and Manual mode among other modes.
There is also a 16MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture and a dedicated LED flash. The selfie camera can shoot images in 4MP low-light mode, Face filters, Beautification mode and Professional mode. The smartphone also has the ability to shoot videos in 4K resolution (30 fps).
The Moto X4 packs a 3000mAh battery which also supports 15W TurboPower. The company claims that the smartphone can deliver six hours of power with 15 minutes of charging.
