Motorola Moto E3 Power smartphone with 3,500mAh battery launched at Rs 7,999
Lenovo-owned Motorola has refreshed its smartphone line-up in India by launching the Moto E3 Power. Priced at Rs 7,999, the smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart. The USP of the device is its 3,500mAh battery, which is the largest among all Motorola smartphones launched so far.
Moto E3 smartphone features a 5-inch HD display of 720×1280 pixel resolution. Powering the handset is a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor coupled with 2GB RAM. It offers 16GB of in-built storage which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD cards.
For imaging duties, the smartphone sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operatingsystem and offers dual-sim functionality. Connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
Moto E3 Power comes with nanophobic coating which makes it splash resistant. The handset will go on sale tonight and as an introductory offer, the company is offering Rs 1,000 off for one day. Along with this, an exchange offer and a SanDisk 32GB microSD card are also there.
Recently, Motorola unveiled its third smartphone under the Moto Z series – Moto Z Play, at IFA event in Berlin, Germany. As for the specifications, Moto Z Play runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box and features a 5.5-inch Full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution. It’s powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 3GB RAM.
Besides 32GB of in-built storage, Moto Z Play includes all usual connectivity features. There’s also a 3,510mAh battery, which the company claims can last up to 50 hours on a single charge. Moto Z Play supports Turbo power charging as well. As for the cameras, it sports a 16MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing snapper.
