Celebrates success & partnerships, sets agenda for FY15
NetApp, in association with Avnet and Redington, recently concluded Xcelerate 2014. With a goal to help partners focus on changing customer needs, the event served as a platform to help equip, enable and enhance partners’ skillsets to gauge market requirements and play the role of strategic advisors. This years’ edition focussed on the vast opportunities that cloud offers as a consumption model and how NetApp, along with its partners, can collaborate to help enterprises accomplish more with cloud.
The summit delivered insightful content, provided an opportunity for NetApp’s partners to connect with exceptional speakers and enabled networking opportunities. NetApp addressed various challenges faced and opportunities for channel partners with respect to the growing cloud market. The event was attended by a total of 70 partners- Global SI’s, RSI’s, Distributors, VARs & OEMs that included Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Locuz. It offered partners a host of sessions conducted by some of the industry leaders on opportunities in the cloud space and how NetApp continuously provide solutions to cater to some of the very pertinent needs of customers pertaining to their cloud strategy.
Xcelerate was an excellent platform for NetApp and our partners to connect with each other simultaneously addressing the common issues faced by both the entities. Partners were given ample opportunities to mingle with the best in the business and learn from them the best practices to help grow and serve the customers in an appropriate manner. NetApp encourages partners to add new business capabilities, pursue new markets to grow revenue and increase profits while enabling them to go-to-market in the way that they want to and choose the best blend of products and services that address the customer’s changing business needs.

With innovative product solutions at the core, NetApp focuses on holistic training and enablement of its partners. Later this year NetApp will invest in channel partners’ skill-training and enhancing their consulting capabilities.
