In line with the announcement made during the recently held iPhone launch event, Apple has revised pricing for its iCloud cloud storage service in all markets including India.
Following the revision, paid iCloud plans offer more storage at a lesser price. However, the free plan still offers just 5GB of space.
Under the new plans, by paying Rs 65 per month you can get 50GB of storage space on Apple’s servers. Previously, this plan costed Rs 60 and offered 20GB storage. The 200GB plan now costs Rs 190 (previously at Rs 250) while the 1TB plan still costs Rs 650 a month.
iCloud allows you to store all your phone’s (and iPad’s and Mac’s) content including photos, videos, and documents in the cloud and access them through all synced devices. It also allows you to store your iPhone backups in the cloud.
