Nothing to Unveil Phone (3a) Series on March 4, Reports $1 Billion in Revenue

London-based technology company Nothing has officially announced the launch of its much-anticipated Phone (3a) Series on March 4 at 3:30 PM IST. The revelation was made in the company’s latest Community Quarterly Update video, where Nothing invited interested buyers to sign up on Flipkart for notifications regarding the upcoming release.

Nothing’s Vision for the (a) Series

During the update, Nothing Co-founder Akis Evangelidis shed light on the target audience for the (a) Series, emphasizing that it is designed for users who prioritize a seamless user experience over high-end specifications.

“For the (a) Series, we have a different set of users. Some consumers look for the latest innovations and processors, but others value a great overall experience. That’s who the (a) Series is for. We’re focused on the core user needs—camera, screen, processor, and of course, design,” he said.

Nothing Surpasses $1 Billion in Revenue

In addition to the product launch announcement, Nothing reported a significant milestone, surpassing $1 billion in lifetime revenue since its inception in October 2020.

Nothing’s Chief Financial Officer, Tim Holbrow, highlighted that over half of this revenue was generated in 2024 alone, marking a breakthrough year for the company.

“We entered 2024 aiming to build on the success of Phone (2) and Ear (2) with the launch of Phone (2a), Phone (2a) Plus, and CMF Phone 1. These products helped us scale our business, driving remarkable revenue growth. We’re excited to see what we can achieve in 2025,” Holbrow stated.

With a strong momentum in the market and a highly anticipated launch, Nothing continues to strengthen its position as a disruptive force in the smartphone industry.
