Oppo on Thursday launched the Mirror 3 smartphone in India at Rs. 16,990.
The dual-SIM Oppo Mirror 3 features the identical specifications as the Vietnam variant launched last month and the Oppo 3000 (which features 4G and NFC connectivity in addition) launched in China on Wednesday.
The mid-range smartphone from Oppo runs Android 4.4 KitKat with ColorOS 2.0.1 UI on top. It features a 4.7-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) resolution IPS display with 312ppi pixel density and is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC (MSM8916) coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The rear camera is an 8-megapixel (Sony IMX179 sensor) shooter with an f/2.0 lens aperture, while there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. The 8GB of inbuilt storage on the Oppo Mirror 3 can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB).
Connectivity features on the Oppo Mirror 3 include 3G, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi direct. The handset measures 137.6×68.8×8.95mm, weighs 126 grams and is backed by a 2000mAh battery with Oppo’s VOOC fast-charging technology.
