Oppo has finally launched R7 and R7 Plus Android smartphones. The new Oppo R7 and Oppo R7 Plus are currently available on pre-order in China and are set to reach out to the markets globally in the next few months.
The Oppo R and R7 Plus smartphones belong to company’s R-series slim smartphones. The smartphones come with a magnesium-aluminum alloy unibody design with 6.3mm (R7) and 7.75mm (R7 Plus) thick chassis. Oppo has fitted a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core 64-bit processor in the devices, that run on Android Lollipop-based Color OS 2.1. The Oppo R7 comes with a 12.7-cm (5-inch) full HD AMOED display, while the R7 Plus has a 15.24-cm (6-inch) full HD AMOLED screen.
The two smartphones pack a 13MP f2.2 primary camera and 8MP f2.4 secondary shooter. A key feature that is present in Oppo R7 Plus, but not Oppo R7 is the fingerprint scanner on the back.
