The organization believes Alloy will make it possible for service providers, integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs), and other businesses to launch new cloud services for their clients and transition to becoming cloud providers. To address the unique requirements of their markets and industrial verticals, the new cloud solution will provide the full range of cloud services in addition to extra value-added applications. To comply with unique regulatory requirements, businesses can employ Alloy independently to their very own data centers and fully oversee its operations.
Enterprises will be able to increase their rate of innovation quicker and with higher degree of customization and control thanks to Alloy. Additionally, Alloy will give partners who host clients in their own data centers access to fresh prospects for expansion beyond the public cloud.

Additionally, Oracle Alloy wants to provide hardware and software extensibility to partners so they can create custom cloud services that are suited to the demands of particular markets or industries. Partners of Oracle Alloy will have the choice to manage their cloud platform on their own. They can manage cloud operations to help with client or business demands, such as regulatory standards for particular markets or industries that the public cloud does not meet.
