Panasonic has launched a new smartphone in India. Dubbed Eluga Mark 2, the smartphone is priced at Rs 10,499 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting November 23.
Boasting a full metal body, the Eluga Mark 2 has a 5.5-inch HD display of 720×1080 pixel resolution and Asahi Dragontrail glass protection. It’s powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core SoC paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There’s also support for microSD cards of up to 128 GB in size.
Running stock Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the dual-SIM smartphone has a 13MP rear camera (with LED flash) and a 5MP front-facing snapper.
Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 is backed by a 3,000mAh battery and offers 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB as major connectivity options. It comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, along with an IR blaster. The smartphone’s ‘Android for work’ feature lets users keep business apps separate from personal ones.
Panasonic recently launched its Eluga Tapp handset. Priced at Rs 8,990, the device features a 5 inch Full HD display. Under the hood, it’s powered by a quad-core 2GHz SoC paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable using microSD cards of up to 32GB in size.
Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the Panasonic Eluga Tapp has an 8MP rear camera (with LED flash) and a 5MP front-facing snapper. Major connectivity options include 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, with a 2,800mAh battery rounding off the spec sheet.
