Panasonic has expanded its ‘P-series’ smartphone range in India with the launch of P77. Priced at Rs 6,990, Panasonic P77 will come in White and Grey colour options.
The all-new Panasonic P77 features a 5-inch HD display with 720×1280 pixel resolution. Under the hood is a 1GHz quad-core processor and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
The smartphone offers 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The users can further expand the storage up to 32GB by installing a microSD card. The device sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front facing camera. For connectivity, the smartphone offers 4G, 3G, Wi0Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It houses a 2,000 mAh battery.
The Japanese company is offering buyers free screen-guard with the smartphone.
Panasonic P77 supports 4G VoLTE which makes it compatible with Reliance Jio network. The smartphone will compete against the recently-launched Moto E3 Power and Xiaomi Redmi 3S.
Recently, the company launched the Eluga Note phablet in India at Rs 13,920. It features a 5.5-inch Full HD display powered by bright and low power consuming LTPS (Low Temperature Polycrystalline Silicon) technology. The dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 6.0 Masrhmallow topped with the FitHome UI of the company.
Powering the handset is a 1.3GHz octa-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM. It offers 32GB of internal storage and users can further expand the storage by another 32GB by installing a microSD card. The device comes with VoLTE support and sports a 16MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP selfie camera.
The smartphone is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery and offers 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
