Anurag Anand Bhandari – The inspiration for To start Rackom System stemmed from a clear gap we identified in the Indian market for high-quality, durable, and efficient server racks and outdoor cabinets. With the rapid growth of IT infrastructure, data centers,telecommunication and Smart Cities sectors in India, there was an increasing demand for reliable enclosures that could withstand diverse operational challenges.
Our journey began with a deep understanding of the pain points faced by businesses—issues such as subpar quality, lack of economical solutions required for the Indian market, and insufficient customization options. We set out to design products that not only meet but exceed global standards, ensuring durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

In the early stages, one of the primary hurdles was breaking into a market that was dominated by established players and convincing customers to trust a new name. Additionally, the demand for high-quality server racks and weatherproof cabinets was growing, but many potential clients were not fully aware of the critical importance of superior-quality enclosures in ensuring the longevity and performance of their infrastructure.
We overcame these challenges by staying customer-focused and quality -oriented. By maintaining transparency, delivering on promises, and focusing on quality, we earned the trust of our clients.that helped us build the Rackom brand into what it is today.”

Additionally, we recently expanded our manufacturing Space , and added an advanced Fiber Laser cutting machine iinto the production line, which has increased production efficiency. I enjoy spending my weekends on Sunday bike rides and long holidays exploring the scenic routes of himalayas. I often do bike rides to Ladakh region, Himachal & Uttarakhand. These activities help me unwind and fuel my passion while charging for the week ahead.
