ITVoice News: The micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector in India has been given special assurance by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday that the registration process in the sector will be eased by his government soon.
PM Modi was addressing the nation on the occasion of Vijaya Dashami and he shared his ‘Mann Ki Baat‘ via radio with the entire nation. As mentioned on SME Times, Modi said in his speech, “I have received suggestion from various people that they are facing problem in registration of small scale industry. We are working on making MSME registration process more simpler.” Modi also mentioned some suggestions which he has received through emails. The suggestions include skill development needs to be initiated from 5th standard, special programmes should be drafted to encourage specially-abled children and of course registration process in small scale industries should be simpler.
Modi promised that his ‘Mann Ki Baat‘ will be a regular address from now onwards, twice a month on Sundays. On Gandhi Jayanti, 2 October, Modi launched Clean India campaign and the day after he talked about whole range of issues in his speech. Modi urged the entire country to become part of the Clean India campaign. His speech on Vijaya Dashami added, “This Vijaya Dashami, let us win over dirtiness around us. Yesterday, we began the Clean India campaign, and I want you all to join this campaign.” The PM also asked people to go for khadi products and take advantage of holiday season discounts, going on at Khadi Gramodyog Bhavans nationwide. Our tech-savvy PM asked for more similar suggestions through social media platforms which will be shared by him via radio. In his 15-minute address he said, “This is my first beginning. I shall keep sharing my thoughts with you… The thoughts that came to me, I shared, and I will come again and share more thoughts.”
