As per the agreement, Prime ABGB will move its business operations under neoteric infomatique and the company’s Founder Gulbirr Bhatia will join neoteric as Director, PC Components Business Unit and Emerging Technologies.

India’s value-added distributor neoteric infomatique Ltd has entered into a strategic partnership with Prime ABGB, a leading provider of high-end and premium consumer technology products.

Many popular brands of Prime ABGB—e-commerce portals, www.primeabgb.com and www.onlyssd.com, and its premium gaming PC brand BRAG—will continue to operate in the market under neoteric.
