•Revenues marginally declined by 2% on YoY basis to Rs 545.5 million
•EBITDA grew by 45% on YoY basis to Rs 31.7 million
•PAT grew by 154% on YoY basis to Rs 16.2million
Quick Heal Technologies Limited (“Quick Heal”), India’s leading IT Security Software Products and Solutions provider, reported its unaudited and reviewed results for the third quarter and first nine months of the financial year ending 31st March, 2017.

• Revenue from Retail, Enterprise&Government and Mobile segments accounted for 75.9%, 18.9%and 5.2% of total revenues respectively in Q3 FY17.
•Number of licenses sold during Q3 FY17 was 1,128 k. Licenses sold to Retail, Enterprise&Government and Mobile segments were 883 k, 198 k and 47 k respectively in Q3 FY17.

However, our Q3FY17 results give me an assurance that we continue to be strong fundamentally and therefore, in spite of the overall economic scenario, we have been able to sustain our revenue growth and improve profits on a year-on-year basis
He further added; “Although, demonetization will have positive impact on the long-term health of the country’s economy; it has given us a useful insight in terms of the priority given to the purchase of IT security solutions. We see a need to further strengthen our efforts towards creating awareness around the need for IT security solutions.”
