FICCI in association with Rajasthan police takes initiative to organize a one day event under the brand Rajasthan Cybercomm 2020 at hotel Marriott,Jaipur. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by Mr.Anil paliwal,IPS,Additional Director General of police(ATS and SOG) Mr.Sharat Kaviraj IPS, Director Inspector General of Police, Goverment of Rajasthan,Prof. Rajat Moona , IIT-Bihali,Mr. Ajay Data Co-chair,ICT and Digital Economy Committee,FICCI and Founder & CEO , Data Ingenious Global Limited and Ms. Sarika Gulyani Director and Head, ICT and Digital Economy Division,FICCI.
Mr. Ajay Data welcomed all the chief guests by giving them certificates and given welcome speech.The program was started with the speech of Prof Rajat Moona talking about social awareness,artificial intelligence etc.He said that women should focus on increasing their role in cyber security field.
Mr.Anil Paliwal said that we need to take it very seriously .Along with this he said that we need a planning, discipline for this and it comes by awarenesss only. Rajasthan has started CCIU(Cyber Crime Investigation unit) and we should understand our duties.
Mr.Sharat Kaviraj shared his views that in India people thinks that cyber crime is not India’s problem because it happens only in foreign countries not in India but they should know that 30 % of our population is using internet and India is the biggest market of Internet after China.He talked about identity theft,email spoofing ,ATM frauds,intellectual property Crime ,cyber defamation, password,smart mobile devices.He said that there is a portal www.cybercrime.gov.in , where you can go and register your complaints about cyber crimes.
