Mr.Rajesh Goenka – Rashi Peripherals Limited (RP Tech) is focused on being a leading national distributor of technology products and solutions in India. Our vision for the year 2025 and onwards is to:

  1. Expand Market Reach: Strengthening our presence across India and entering new markets
  2. Customer-Centric Approach: Enhancing customer experience through superior service and support
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Building stronger relationships with global and local technology brands to offer a diverse product portfolio

IT Voice –  What key milestones do you aim to achieve in the next year?

Mr.Rajesh Goenka – We aim to maintain double digit CAGR in FY 2025-26 while focusing on consistent growth across the business verticals. Our key focus areas are expansion of geographical reach, channel growth and strategic partnership with brands. With our focus on top line and profitability, we will continue to launch value added channel engagement initiatives to drive inclusive growth.

IT Voice –  How do you see the IT and electronics distribution landscape evolving in India by 2025?

Mr.Rajesh Goenka –  With the advent of Artificial Intelligence, we foresee a surge in demand for AI-enabled ICT hardware, which is expected to drive the growth of the PC segment. Visual display is another vertical which is growing with the increasing demand for interactive displays, digital signages, and digital classrooms. ICT distributors will continue to play crucial role in ensuring seamless availability of ICT hardware solutions to empower consumers and businesses with the digital infrastructure across the regions.

IT Voice –  What are the challenges and opportunities for the industry in the coming year?

  • Flat consumer demand
  • Exchange rate fluctuation and dollar appreciation
  • Import licensing constraints
  • Geo-political tensions

Opportunities

  • Government’s push to Embedded/ semiconductor vertical. RP Tech has already present in this space and growing at a consistent growth rate.
  • Growing demand for Data Center solutions. RP Tech is a strategic partner of data center solutions providers and we are engaged in couple of projects.
  • Make in India/Local manufacturing and anticipated demand for ICT solutions from startups.

 

2. Marketing & Business Strategy

IT Voice –  What key marketing strategies will drive Rashi Peripherals’ growth in 2025?

Mr.Rajesh Goenka – We will continue to focus on channel engagement through various activities such as roadshows, training programs, incentive schemes etc. We also participate in relevant industry events to connect with potential partners and vendors. We have a balanced mix of traditional and modern marketing means to increase brand awareness through meaningful engagements.

IT Voice –  How does Rashi Peripherals plan to engage with channel partners and distributors more effectively?

Mr.Rajesh Goenka –  We are a B2B company and we cater to over 10000 channel partners across India. We conduct various channel development programs and offer incentive schemes to partners. These initiatives have significantly enhanced our partners’ capabilities, resulting in a better customer experience through improved product knowledge and stronger support across the network. We will continue to work closely with channel partners to drive inclusive and sustainable growth.

3. Expansion & Product Portfolio

IT Voice –  Are there any new product categories or brands you plan to introduce in 2025?

Mr.Rajesh Goenka – We continue to focus on expansion of our brands portfolio to offer comprehensive technological solutions to our B2B customers.

IT Voice –  How do you ensure seamless supply chain management in the face of global disruptions?

Mr.Rajesh Goenka – Rashi Peripherals has the most robust distribution ecosystem in India. With our distribution network of 52 branches, 50 service centers, and 68 warehouses, we cater to over 10000 retailers/ resellers in 721 locations across India. Since we have wider geographical reach, technological/ logistical prowess and physical infrastructure, we are seamlessly able to cater to market demands across the regions.

4. Customer & Partner Engagement

IT Voice –  What initiatives are in place to strengthen relationships with channel partners and resellers?

Mr.Rajesh Goenka – We conduct various marketing and market development activities for our vendors and amplify their product offerings in new markets. We regularly conduct product training programs and offer market insights to them.

5. Innovation & Technology Adoption

IT Voice –  How is Rashi Peripherals leveraging AI, automation, or data analytics in its operations?

Mr.Rajesh Goenka – Rashi Peripherals was one of the first companies to implement SAP ERP system in early 2000s. Our massive distribution network is supported by a robust SAP HANA infrastructure that offers real-time data insights for optimum inventory planning and supply. With data-driven decision-making and resource planning, we are able to meet demand ensuring seamless product availability. We have also implemented CRM to offer our sales team the power of digital technologies to take informed decisions.
