Launches new solution to assist enterprises cut cost and drive efficiency in Physical Assets Management
SBI Life Insurance has deployed the solution to boost operational efficiency
Bangalore-based Reachwell Software has launched an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution which leverages Microsoft’s Technologies, to help businesses manage their IT and Non IT assets (e.g., software, hardware, furniture, plant and machinery, vehicles, land and buildings, etc).
The EAM solution from Reachwell is designed to help organizations gain visibility of their assets at all times; track when, how and from where they were purchased, where they are physically located and who is using them. The solution covers the Asset Lifecycle and includes management of asset inventory with procurement, fixed asset register, depreciation, contracts, maintenance, work order, property, space and help desk with built in features for generating Barcode / RFID. It integrates seamlessly with IT Discovery Tools and tracks what assets are available on the network with what is bought. This solution has been deployed, on premise, at SBI Life Insurance across India and is aimed at reducing overheads while assisting in audit, compliance and increasing productivity.
