RealtyMyths.com joins hands with BroEx to bring in transparency
In a first of its kind initiative RealtyMyths.com, India’s first interactive knowledge and marketing platform for Indian Real Estate Sector, has started Real Estate Digital Conclave 2015 for the sector. The conclave is supported by BroEx-India’s largest network of brokers, a mobile app for real estate brokers.
Real Estate Digital Conclave 2015 is aimed to involve developers, investors, dealers and buyers to initiate a two way communication. The conclave is designed to bring in a transparent rating system into the sector involving all the stakeholders at large wherein they can establish end to end communication. Spread over a period of one month, the conclave creates an online dashboard for the top real estate brands where all stakeholders can share their views along with discussion rollouts to bring out the real issues and possible solutions to them. The event seeks opinions of the respective brand representatives on the key findings. RealtyMyths.com would, at the end of the conclave, publish an online report with key findings.
The conclave also has a discussion dashboard on various burning issues related to the sector e.g. NGT issues, delayed possessions, cost of funding and government’s role in streamlining the entire mechanism. It would also be instrumental in bringing out the real issues which can then be addressed by respective parties to strengthen trust factor.
Sharing the thought process behind such an event, Mr. Saket Pathak, Project Lead, RealtyMyths.com said: ‘Real estate is one of the largest contributors to the GDP and is a lifeline to almost 250 ancillary industries. With so much potential, it is ironical that the sector is facing transparency and credibility issues. Our digital conclave is a step towards to find out the real issues and possible solutions for them by involving all stakeholders at one place. Associating with BroEx helped us getting a lot of real estate professionals to rate the developers. RealtyMyths.com is a platform where all the stakeholders can talk freely and put forward constructive solutions. Moreover, with the increasing reach of smart phones, a digital platform looks most lucrative and easy to access where one can participate anytime, anywhere..’
