RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 10-15.4GHz downconverter from TriQuint. The TGC2610-SM provides an industry leading, 1.6dB noise figure. The Intermediate Frequency (IF) is DC-4GHz with a Local Oscillator (LO) frequency input from 6-19GHz.
TGC2610-SM conversion gain is 14dB due to integrated buffer amplifiers. TriQuint’s TGC2610-SM comes in a 28-lead, 5x5mm QFN surface mount package.
