Ricoh India, one of the market leaders in the segment of printing and document solutions and IT services, recently opened its first Indian 
flagship Brand store at Hyderabad. The Brand store is an effort to strengthen consumer experience and engagement.
Ricoh Brand Stores would give the company, better insight into customer needs and help to come up with customized products and solutions. The Hyderabad Store will display the copiers, projectors, cameras, binoculars, and visual communication products, along with Laser Printers.
Ricoh India has ventured into this Brand Stores to have greater visibility and giving customer an easy access to product and technologies. Through its retail stores Ricoh wants to enhance customer experience of the technology products and also to cater to the B2C Segment. The Brand shop will complement the Ricoh eStore, so that the consumers can make the most of the Ricoh one – stop printing and imaging solutions.

Over and above the concept of Customer ease and experience at our Ricoh Stores, we also have integrated the concept of Care Centre, a destination for any service support with our range of products.
