Frick’s 27+years’ business experience across industries will add a valuable perspective to Perpetuuiti and help the company achieve greater success
Perpetuuiti TechnoSoft Inc., a leading business service continuity and availability management solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Robert W Frick to the company’s Board of Directors. He currently provides his extensive expertise in finance and business operations to seven companies and serves on a number of public and private boards, including Charles Schwab Bank, Lucas Film Limited and Responsys. His responsibilities will include providing an overall vision and guiding Perpetuuiti in its growth.

In a span of 27 years, Frick has served on the boards of more than 15 companies including large enterprises and VC-backed startups. He successfully led various divisions of Bank of America for more than 23 years in various capacities including Vice Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, and Head/ Executive in Charge, World Banking Group at Bank of America, Managing Director at Bank of America International, and President at Bank of America’s venture capital subsidiary. He also served as Executive VP, Financial Services Division.
In addition, he formed K.E.S. Management and serves as its Chairman. Frick served as Vice President of Finance and Director at Measurex. He also serves on the Boards of Kana Communications and five other private companies. Frick holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
