Samsung has finally made an official release of the Samssung Galaxy A3 and A5 smartphones today. With the launch of Galaxy A3 and A5, Samsung has debuted a new line-up of Samsung smartphones. According to the company the Galaxy A3 and A5 are targeting the young consumers and will be released across the select markets from November onwards.
Both the smartphones sport slim metal unibody design and run on Android 4.4 OS. They come with different Samsung’s TouchWiz enhancements like Ultra-power saving mode, Private mode, Adaptive display and many more. The new smartphones are developed in different colour variants like Pearl White, Midnight Black, Soft Pink, Platinum Silver, Light Blue and Champagne Gold.
JK Shin, CEO and head of IT & mobile communication at Samsung Electronics stated, “The Galaxy A5 and A3 offer a beautifully crafted full metal unibody, slim design, superior hardware and the best possible social media experience These devices make our advanced Galaxy experience even more accessible to young and trend conscious consumers.”
To talk about the specs, Galaxy A5 sports 12.7-cm (5-inch) Super AMOLED display, 2300 mAh battery, 2GB RAM and 13MP rear camera whereas Galaxy A3 comes with 11.43-cm (4.5-inch) qHD Super AMOLED display, 1900 mAh battery, 1GB of RAM and 8MP rear camera.
While other specs of both smartphones are broadly same including 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 16GB of on-board storage, microSD card slot, 5MP front shooter, and 3G/ 4G connectivity.
