Samsung is ready to release its Galaxy Grand Neo GT-I9060 at a maximum retail price of Rs 19,010. The smartphone features 12.7-cm (5.01-inch) WVGA display, 1GB of RAM and 1.2GHz quad-core processor. Grand Neo was released in Netherlands, last month.
The handset is likely to be priced at Rs 19,010, though an official announcement from the maker is awaited by next week at the Samsung Forum 2014, which will exact the phone value.
Grand Neo comes with 16GB of storage, Android 4.2, 2100 mAh battery and a 5MP rear camera. The phone also has a VGA front camera, microSD card slot and connectivity options like 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 LE with GPS and Glonass. The company will be assembling the phone in India, at its Noida facility. This company facility also assembles other smartphones including Galaxy S4.
