Samsung is gearing to launch a Galaxy Note smartphone this year. Named as Galaxy Note 5, the upcoming Galaxy Note smartphone is likely to feature a 14cm (5.5-inch) Super AMOLED dual-edge curved display. Powered by Exynos 7422 processor, Samsung’s first all-in-one solution will include the CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and modem on a single chip.
Though specifications are still under wraps, sources have revealed that the phone would feature 16MP primary camera with optical image stabilisation and an 8MP front-facing camera. With 16GB storage capacity and an S-Pen, the much-awaited phablet would work on a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor.
However, Samsung has not yet confirmed if it would launch the much-anticipated device later this year. The Galaxy Note 5 is expected to debut at IFA in September alongside ‘Project Zen’. Meanwhile, Samsung is apparently testing several different components for the Galaxy Note 5.
