Covering 8,000 square feet, the store is strategically located in Mumbai’s central business hub, the Bandra Kurla Complex. Samsung BKC will feature Samsung’s top-of-the-line premium products, including smartphones, televisions, refrigerators, and washing machines, leveraging the power of Samsung’s AI ecosystem. The store will provide unique curated experiences and real-life scenarios to showcase the company’s widest premium portfolio. As the first Samsung O2O store in India, Samsung BKC aims to reimagine the retail shopping experience by integrating the best of both online and offline worlds.
The store will offer Samsung’s latest AI experiences, including ‘AI for All’ for consumer electronics products and ‘Galaxy AI’ for mobile devices, all under one roof. Customers can enjoy the convenience of online shopping with over 1,200 choices from an online digital catalogue, assisted by in-store staff. Products can be delivered not only in Mumbai but anywhere in the country. Additionally, customers in Mumbai have the option to buy online from Samsung.com/in and pick up their products from Samsung BKC within two hours.
Samsung BKC is divided into eight unique lifestyle zones that showcase how Samsung products, individually and as part of Samsung’s connected multi-device ecosystem (SmartThings), can offer convenience in various aspects of life. Some of the highlighted zones include Hobby Room, Home Office, Home Atelier, Home Café, Connected Kitchen, Intelligent Closet, Private Cinema, and Mobile Zone.
In the Hobby Room, customers can enjoy an immersive gaming experience on an 85-inch 8K QLED TV, showcasing Samsung’s professional range of gaming monitors and laptops.
