Samsung Planning To launch Galaxy S5 Neo & S6 Edge plus Handsets
Samsung is working on two new smartphones, dubbed as the Galaxy S5 Neo and Galaxy S6 edge Plus. So, Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is not the only device that will join company’s Galaxy S-series portfolio. The Korean smartphone maker is working on the Galaxy S5 Neo and Galaxy S6 edge Plus smartphones and is likely to launch them in months to come. However, no details about the pricing and or availability of the devices have surfaced so far.
According to a report from SamMobile, the Samsung Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo (SM-G903x) will be a modified version of the Galaxy S5 and is likely to come with a 5.1-inch full HD display. The smartphone is likely to pack 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, and 2800 mAh battery. It will reportedly run on 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7580 processor and sport a 16MP primary shooter and a 5MP secondary camera. Other features of the smartphone may include support for 4G LTE and Android 5.1 with TouchWiz UI. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo will, in all probability, be offered in both single-SIM and dual-SIM variants.
The other smartphone coming from the house of Samsung, the Galaxy S6 Edge, will reportedly be a big-screen variant of the S6 edge. SamMobile reports that the smartphone may feature a 5.5-inch curved-screen with 32GB internal storage, and hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor.
