Samsung’s new Galaxy Tab A is aimed at kids

South Korean tech giant Samsung is said to be working on a tablet called Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017. Now according to a report in Sammobile, the tablet is likely to be aimed at kids and will be an entry-level device.
The tablet’s key specificationss too apeared on a TENAA listing in China recently. According to the details that surfaced, the tablet is powered by 1.4GHz Snapdragon 427 processor coupled with 2GB RAM. The device offers 16GB of storage and features an 8MP rear and 5MP front camera.
As for the operating system, the device likely runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the box with Samsung’s new UX on top. The report also claims that the device will feature Samsung’s in-house Bixby Home and not Bixby Voice.
In another news, Samsung is speculated to soon launch its Galaxy J7+ smartphone. Some live images of the device have surfaced online. The images have been spotted on Chinese website Weibo and show the smartphone from various angles. As per the images, Galaxy J7+ will sport a dual-rear camera and a dedicated Bixby button on the left edge. Even though the images show just the Black colour variant, the Galaxy J7+ may come in more colour options.
The post on Weibo also reveals that the J7+ will sport a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1080x1920p resolution. It will offer 32GB internal storage coupled with 4GB RAM. In terms of camera, it will offer a 16MP front camera and a 13MP+5MP dual-rear camera. It has a metal unibody design and is powered by a 3,000mAh battery.
This leak is in accordance to the last week report by a Thailand-based website that leaked an unreleased promotional image where the handset’s front panel is visible along with the name at the bottom and a ‘Dual Camera’ text with logo on top.
