Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has acknowledged Google as a formidable player in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), recognizing its strong capabilities in talent, computing power, and vertical integration. During a podcast titled ‘In Good Company,’ hosted by Nicolai Tangen, CEO of Norway’s Norges Bank Investment Management, Nadella discussed Microsoft’s approach to AI and its collaboration with Open AI. He noted that Google, with its comprehensive infrastructure spanning data, silicon, models, products, and distribution, could have been perceived as the default winner in the AI domain.
