Home grown manufacturer, Spice has introduced the country’s first sim enabled smart watch: the Smart Pulse M 9010 in the wearable devices category. The Spice Smart Pulse M 9010 will be available at a price tag of Rs 3,999 via HomeShop18 starting 11 July
The Spice Smart Pulse M 9010 features a 3.81-cm (1.5-inch) touchscreen display with a 240×320 pixels resolution. The 2G dual-SIM device runs the company’s proprietary Java-based operating system and can be paired with Android smartphones via the BT notifier app offered by Spice. Upon pairing, users will get notifications, receive calls, view call logs, read and write SMSs, remote camera capture and music streaming via the device. It sports a 1.3-megapixel) camera and comes with an expandable storge of 8GB via microSD card. Connectivity options include: 2G (GPRS/ EDGE), and Bluetooth. It decks in a 420mAh Li-Ion battery which is rated to deliver 180 minutes of talk time and up to 2 days of standby time, according to Spice.
