Snapchat Introduces New Feature In Its Latest Version

With an aim to make logging in more secure, video snapchat-discover-released-messaging app Snapchat has introduced some new features in the latest version (version 9.9.0.) The features have reportedly been added in both iPhone Operating System (iOS) and Android platforms.

According to the latest reports, a user would now have to enter a six digit code if signing in from a device that hasn’t been previously used. Snapchat apparently sends the code to the number associated with the account.

The two-step authentication, however, enables a user to store a recovery code so that the account could be later retrieved.

Apart from login-verification via SMS, Snapchat now allows its users to switch between rear and front camera while sending photographs.

The application now has new battery filters which would enable users to add their pictures when the device has full battery or low battery.

The updated version will not only help Snapchat users to keep their accounts safe, but also give them a whole new experience.
