Sony has launched it’s first 8K TV in the country. It was presented in the country today and is priced at approx. INR 13,99,990. Television is Sony’s most exclusive tv accessible in India. It supports HDR content up to the Dolby Vision format at a theoretical 8K resolution, because of the 7680×4320-pixel screen. The latest Sony Z8H will be obtainable from today onwards in the country through the company’s retail stores.

The new tv is Sony’s 1st 8K TV in the country. Now, it is following top brands like Samsung and TCL which introduced their versions of 8K models at the starting of the year. Sony tv is priced at INR 13,99,990. The tv is qualified by Sony as ‘PS5 ready’.
The main benefit of the tv is the 120hz of refresh rate with Ultra-HD resolution. This will let customers take benefit of the PS5’s capability to produce an output at 120Hz for selected games. In addition to it, there is also a presence of mode called the Bravia Game Mode which will optimize the performance for the forthcoming Sony PS5. It will have the ability to regulate PlayStation’s features with the television’s remote.
The new Z8H can go till 60hz at 8K resolution. It is also worth noticing that there is almost no content on 8K and the Sony Z8H is merely future-ready for when more content is made accessible.
It too has a full-array LED screen for micro-dimming. It also supports HDR content till Dolby Vision Atmos format and along with that, it has the company’s Acoustic Multi-Audio speaker system.
It runs on the Android TV with access to the Google Play Store for over five thousand applications and games. The TV has also support for airplay 2 and a built-in of Google Chromecast. The TV has the processor of X1 Ultimate picture, with a backlit remote which allows users to have an access to Google Assistant on the TV.
