Sony Launches The NW-A25 Hi-Res Walkman At Rs. 13,990
Sony India introduced its High Resolution NW-A25 Walkman for Rs 13,990. The device supports Bluetooth and NFC and is powered by LDAC High quality wireless audio. It comes with 16GB internal memory with support for up to 128GB external SD cards.
The NW-A25 Walkman supports Hi-Res formats of 192kHz/ 24bit. It is armed with DSEE HX (Digital Sound Enhanced Engine HX) to upscale standard quality contents to Hi-Res quality.
It sports a 2.2-inch QVGA TFT colour display with white LED backlight and offers FM radio too along with digital noise cancelation. It is powered by a built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery. Sony claims a maximum battery life of 50 hours playback for mp3 files and 30 hours for Hi-res music.
Sony recently launched its SRS-X99 wireless speaker boasting an output of 154 Watts. It is a seven-unit system with two super tweeters, two front tweeters, two mid-range drivers and a single subwoofer.
Apart from this, the speaker supports playback of a wide variety of Hi-Resolution music files including MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, ALAC and DSD. Sony’s LDAC technology allows for wireless Bluetooth audio streaming from compatible devices.
