Sophos Names Kuldeep Raina As Country Manager-India

Sophos, one of the global leaders in network and endpoint security technology has said that it has appointed Kuldeep Raina as Country Manager (ESG Business) for its India and SAARC region. Mr Raina will work with Sunil Sharma – VP Sales, India and SAARC, Sophos. This is another initiative of the company to focus in the India market.

Mr Raina has nearly 20 years of sales experience in network monitoring, systems management, network security, networking technologies and enterprise application market. He has been working with Sophos since 2012.

“With more critical threat landscape, mobile devices accessing critical business data, the probability of data theft, provides the need of the hour for complete End Point security solution stack. Such effective security solutions have high demand in the market and I am sure that our partners would love to explore newer revenue streams in the Enduser protection business” said Sunil Sharma. “Kuldeep’s familiarity and experience on the security business is a big plus for us. He has earlier held a similar strategic role at Sophos and that’s why I think he will be the ideal leader for promoting Sophos Enduser Protection solutions in India and SAARC” he added.

Commenting on his new role Kuldeep said, “With higher synergy in Cyberoam and Sophos ecosystems, I see huge upselling and cross selling opportunities for our partners vis’-a-vis’ Enduser Protection solutions. I will be looking forward to see this business flourish to its potential and provide a higher level of security to businesses in an evolving threat landscape.”
